	Bishop James c. Bailey is a committed, and dedicated to God, man of faith, being Holy Ghost filled at and since the age of 25 years. He served cheerfully and faithfully, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ with The Faith Temple Churches of God, Inc. - headquartered in Kalamazoo, Michigan, with parishes in Eastern and Western Michigan, New York, Alabama, and Illinois. Bishop Bailey began services to the Lord as a trainee and assistant to the deacon's board, and pastor's aide, being called into ministry by the Lord Jesus Christ, at 26 years of age. In a span of eleven years he served as youth minister, elder and National Chairman of the Faith Temple Corporation.   Married since the age of 21 years, Bishop Bailey and his wife, Kate have 38 years of marriage, and two daughters.   The Crux of Bishop Bailey's education includes, Kalamazoo Central High graduation, and continued education studies through Kellogg Community College, Kalamazoo Valley Community College, Kalamazoo College (Theology vs Anthropology), L. Lee Stryker Institute - Leadership Enhancement Skills, A certificate of achievement from ACM - Administrative Controls Management, Inc. Holloway's Real Estate Institute, Kalamazoo Board of Realtors School of Real Estate - Engineering and Maintenance Total Quality Certification, Marshall Institute - certificate for effective planning and scheduling, and multiple self improvement seminars & symposiums. From the Los Angeles based Ministerial Training Institute - (MTI), Bishop Bailey received his Bachelors in biblical studies, Masters in biblical counseling  and Doctorate of Theology & Philosophy. He is presently enrolled in the Institute of Children's Literature of Reddington Ct, - correspondent.  Bishop Bailey's oratory training and participation includes Toastmaster's International,  Leadership and Team Builders from the National Task Force For Continuing Education. Radio Ministry with WAOP, WOAM,  WTBG radio stations, and Cable Access Television. He is co-founder of Family Affair Ministries of Maywood Illinois (family restoration ministries) Bishop Bailey retired from secular employment as a Multi-Craft maintenance supervisor of a large Pharmaceutical company, after twenty four and a half years of service - having completed Fermentation Processing to certification; a journeyman status in Machine repair, specialing in Machine Diagnostics, problem solving using FFT Analyzers, Ultra-sonics, Thermographics, and Robotics. Rock of Revelation Apostolic Church, Inc., was founded by Bishop James C. Bailey in 1980 where he remains full time pastor with 32 years of total pastoral leadership experience. He has filled well the office of bishop  for 10 years. Bishop Bailey's community services include, teaching free courses, five days per week, at The Lion Hearted Training center; a facility offering introductory level skilled trades training, to community youth, which Bishop Bailey founded in 2007. Courses include: (1) Basic Math, Fractions and Decimals (2) Measuring instruments, such as, rulers, tape measures, scales, Micrometers, etc, (3) Creative Writing, and (4) Elementary art: fundamentals of sketching, drawing and coloring. (5) Basic Typing, Computer Access, Word Documents and email. Bishop Bailey is a volunteer for ex-prison, community re-entry, programs and an advocate of TIP (Treatment Instead of Prison) for drug abusers. He supports Habitat For Humanity with continual donations to the resale store and purchases from the same.
